This question bank holds 200 original multiple-choice practice questions for the CEH v13 (312-50) exam — 10 for each of the 20 modules, from footprinting and reconnaissance through cryptography. Every answer carries an explanation: why the correct choice is right and why each distractor is wrong, so a missed question becomes a two-minute review instead of a repeat guess. The questions are written to mirror the style and difficulty of the real exam, but they are original study material — nothing here is an EC-Council question.
The best use of the bank is as a diagnostic: take a module quiz cold, read every explanation, then re-test that module a few days later. Hit 80% or better on all 20 modules and you are in good shape; anything lower tells your flashcard reps exactly where to go next.

Each module's set mirrors the shape of the real exam: scenario stems mixed with direct recall, and four plausible distractors. The explanations are where the value is — they name the exact concept being tested (the flag you should recognize, the protocol you should picture) and explain the failure mode behind every wrong answer, so you stop guessing by elimination pattern and start answering on knowledge.
The counts are deliberately small. Ten sharp questions per module, repeated over days, beat a careless run of 100 in one sitting: the exam rewards consistent recall across 20 domains, and each re-test takes five minutes.
Record your score per module. Target 80%+ before exam day, with no module below 60%. Revisit weak modules using our free flashcards.
