CEHStudy is a small, free collection of condensed study resources for the CEH v13 (312-50) exam: flashcards, practice questions, module notes, and a glossary. No accounts, no signup wall, no premium tier — everything on this site is free to use.
Chris Pardue holds EC-Council's Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification and the hands-on CEH Practical certification. His full list of industry certifications is on his LinkedIn profile. He also built SimpleLogSearch, a free in-browser log file search with AND/OR/NOT queries where files never leave the browser.
The CEH and CEH Practical both renew on a three-year cycle, so every few years Chris has to sit down and prepare for the exam again. Each time, the same problem shows up: there is very little condensed, free study material out there. Most options are either long courses or expensive books — and the exam itself is expensive to take and hard to pass.
So he does what he has always done for renewals: he finds and condensed study notes and crams from them, one screen at a time. This site is those notes, published. The point is simple — fast study you can do anywhere: waiting in line at a coffee shop, on the couch, or in the gap between classes.
A cram is not meant to make you an expert — it is meant to keep the material sharp through exam day. The most reliable way to get there is repetition: flip through a module's cards more than once, re-run the practice questions you missed, and come back to your weak modules again and again. That is how CEHStudy is built. Flashcards and questions are organized per module so a five-minute session always has a clear target, and progress tracking (mobile only!) remembers where you stopped so the next session picks up right there.
